Poppy Philanthropy Studio provides professional institutional fundraising consulting services including grant research, prospect identification, proposal development, compliance support, funder cultivation, stewardship, and strategic planning. All engagements are governed by individual consulting agreements between Poppy Philanthropy Studio and the client.
While every effort is made to develop the strongest possible applications and to position your organization competitively, Poppy Philanthropy Studio does not guarantee the award of grant funding or the outcome of any application. Funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of the granting organization and are subject to factors beyond the control of the applicant or consultant.
All fees are based on professional services rendered and are due regardless of funding outcomes. Poppy Philanthropy Studio does not accept contingency-based compensation, including fees calculated as a percentage of grant awards. This practice is prohibited under the ethical standards established by the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
Digital products purchased through our shop are delivered electronically and are intended for use by the purchasing organization. Products are non-refundable once delivered. All digital products remain the intellectual property of Poppy Philanthropy Studio and may not be resold or redistributed.
All client information shared during the engagement is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of the agreed-upon scope of work. Poppy Philanthropy Studio will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced during consulting engagements become the property of the client upon full payment. Poppy Philanthropy Studio retains the right to use anonymized work samples and methodologies in its portfolio and marketing materials.
